Well, it’s spring training for our favorite 2010 champions, the San Francisco Giants! During their training, they will need to fuel up and hopefully we will see them back for seconds at our home plate! But besides that, they aren’t the only ones that need to fuel up for some authentic dishes! San Franciscan’s need to strap on those Prada’s or running shoes and make it a run for it, like Forrest would and devour their faces into our Puerto Rican cuisine. If one is remotely clueless about Parada’s type of cuisine, you might not to get the memo on what they offer and how those taste buds respond to the stimuli. For starters, how about sautéed caramelized onions drenched on a bed of sirloins steak? Well, if that intrigues that appetite, then order the Biftec Encebollado and a chilled Negro Modelo to finish off those taste buds. If that doesn’t really catch your eye and vegetarian options are your only choice, Parada has that under control. How about this? Do plantains usually appeal to those eyes on the menu? To most populated cities, plantains are encouraged to any type of eating machines. Try Parada’s Mofongo de Camarones, which is fresh green plantains, mashed with veggie Sofrito and Camarones a la Criolla. And if that still leaves one questionable on what that exactly is, then come into Parada today and find out for yourself, what the entire buzz is about!
