Rise and shine Parada 22 lovers! It’s time to strap on those Prada’s and strut on over to our little gem in the rough this morning! Yes, it might be early, but you will definitely beat the crowds of other brunch wanna-be’s and satisfy your appetite in Parada today! Brunch starts at 9am, unlike the rest of the late sleeper restaurants, which start at 10/10:30am. Apparently, they didn’t get the memo that some early bird risers actually like to have brunch before 11am and that’s why the stoves have been fired up for you! Now off that note, the buzz on the web and in San Francisco, is to surely devour yourself into their drenched Italian, herb gravy biscuit, which is off of, San Francisco’s, Boogaloos menu. Don’t forget the trimmings of fresh cut green onions are sprinkled on top of that mouth watering biscuit, but if one hates onions, have no fear, we can toss them out! Parada wants to satisfy that appetite and that tummy, so if one needs a little something dashed out of a certain dish, let them know. They are here to serve and satisfy! Don’t forget about the complimentary Mimosa for you, when one walks through that door, everyone needs a little kick for their morning delight!

Well, it’s spring training for our favorite 2010 champions, the San Francisco Giants! During their training, they will need to fuel up and hopefully we will see them back for seconds at our home plate! But besides that, they aren’t the only ones that need to fuel up for some authentic dishes! San Franciscan’s need to strap on those Prada’s or running shoes and make it a run for it, like Forrest would and devour their faces into our Puerto Rican cuisine. If one is remotely clueless about Parada’s type of cuisine, you might not to get the memo on what they offer and how those taste buds respond to the stimuli. For starters, how about sautéed caramelized onions drenched on a bed of sirloins steak? Well, if that intrigues that appetite, then order the Biftec Encebollado and a chilled Negro Modelo to finish off those taste buds. If that doesn’t really catch your eye and vegetarian options are your only choice, Parada has that under control. How about this? Do plantains usually appeal to those eyes on the menu? To most populated cities, plantains are encouraged to any type of eating machines. Try Parada’s Mofongo de Camarones, which is fresh green plantains, mashed with veggie Sofrito and Camarones a la Criolla. And if that still leaves one questionable on what that exactly is, then come into Parada today and find out for yourself, what the entire buzz is about!
